At this phenomenon in interelectrode space there is a stream of positive ions which, due to neutralizations, reduces size of a charge of particles and as consequence - technological EFFICIENCY of the electrostatic precipitate. In work process of occurrence " the Return electronic crown " and its influence on the basic stream of ions and the charged particles is considered.
