On both sides, remove all hardware retaining hydraulic hoses and wiring harness on the rails (D), then disconnect the speed sensor (E), the chopper position sensor (F), and the actuator connector (G). Tighten flange screws to 54 N·m (40 lb·ft) in a criss-cross pattern. o. Install the speed shifter assembly (A) back on chopper frame using original flange screw M16x60 and washer (G), then tighten flange screw (G) to 308 N·m (225 lb·ft). Secure the wiring harness (A) on existing machine harness or hydraulic lines using tie bands. b. Connect the wiring harness (A) to the free mating receptacle on controller (B). c. At “T” location of the wiring harness (see arrow), route the “power line” part (D) underneath the combine up to the battery box on the left-hand side of the machine.
