Summary
The article shows author’s concept of phenomenology and structure of teacher’s self-attitude as a significant formation
and its role in determination of interpersonal relationships with students. The results of empirical investigation of teacher’s selfattitude as a factor of interpersonal relationships with students are indicated. The character of self-attitude influence on depth and
fullness of interpersonal relationship comprehension in the system of “a teacher – a student” is revealed. The results established
that structural and substantial characteristics of teacher’s self-attitude influences on teacher’s aptitude to interpersonal
relationships which could be a cause of student’s development and distortion as well.
