There are the new remedial and organizational questions which have arisen in connection with activity
activization of the lawyer-defender at participation in investigation considered in article. The point of view
aboutdefence counselparticipations unnecessitythe in all investigatory actions spent with its client, about
expediency of obligatory participation of the defence counselat investigation when the defence counselis
available for other person is stated.
