This article deals with the creation of favorable conditions for access of the victim to justice. Disclosed to the
topic of the realization of the right of the victim to damages caused by the crime. The author proposes measures to empower the victim and his representative to
participate in the prosecution. To them the necessity of
the safeguards guaranteeing the victim a qualified legal
help.
