Annotation. The article presents a possible solution to the problem areas of economics in the discourse of
economic theory. The basis of the author’s scientific position is formed by the theoretical views of Aliyev U.Zh.,
Kleiner G.B., Chekmarev V.V. The methodology of the author’s analysis is ensured by means of interdisciplinary
approach. This interdisciplinarity is based both on general and special methods and tools. The theoretical
scheme is supported by using a model of integrative stages of businesses strategic development.
