Shifts in brain interfaces, neuroscience, arti cial intelligence, and robotics only scratch the service. It's all going somewhere, there is an end game, forces are competing for control and domination, new players are bringing new energy to the phenomenon. Yet the stakes for ethics and prospective global impacts of human enhancement could not be higher, or more dire, touching each and every one of us. Authors will be noti ed by April 13, 2024 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines.
