АННОТАЦИЯ.
Институционные основы российско-британского культурного сотрудничества в
начале XXI века.
В современных международных отношениях больший интерес уделяется вопросам
культурного взаимодействия стран. Начиная с начала XX века основную роль в развитии
культурного диалога стали играть культурные центры, неправительственные организации
и частные фонды. Учитывая непростые отношения между Россией и Великобританией,
важная роль в построении сотрудничества между двумя станами возлагается именно на
культурные институты, фонды, общественные организации.
В данном исследовании предпринята попытка определить эффективность
деятельности институтов России и Великобритании в начале 21 века, как важных акторов
культурного сотрудничества между двумя странами.
Для достижения этой цели были рассмотрены исторические этапы развития
отношений между Россией и Великобританией, а также проведен анализ нормативноправовой базы российско-британских отношений в культурной сфере.
В работе автор уделяет особое внимание оценке деятельности организаций, как
России, так и Великобритании в области культурного сотрудничества двух стран. Был
проведен функциональный и институциональный анализ таких организаций как
Британский Совет, Союз Англоговорящих, Благотворительный Фонд «Голицын – СанктПетербургу», Россотрудничество, Пушкинский Дом и Academia Rossica. В результате
исследования автор пришел к выводу о том, что каждая из этих организаций играет
важную роль в развитии российско-британского сотрудничества, но при этом не
использует свой потенциал в полном объеме в силу финансовых или политических
обстоятельств. Также автор отметил, что необходимо развитие и усовершенствование
нормативно-правовой базы, которая позволит укрепить и расширить российскобританское культурное сотрудничество.
ABSTRACT.
The institutional principals of the Russian-British cultural cooperation at the beginning of
the XXI century.
In modern international relations more attention is paid to the cultural cooperation between the
countries. Since the beginning of the XX century cultural centers, non-governmental
organizations and private funds started playing a major role in the cultural dialogue
development. Taking into consideration the uneasy relationship between Russia and Great
Britain, an important role in building cooperation between the two countries rests precisely on
the humanitarian sphere.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the institutions of Russia and Great Britain at
the beginning of the XXI century as important factors of cultural cooperation between the two
countries.
In order to achieve this goal the historical stages of the relations development between Russia
and Great Britain were studied, as well as the analysis of the legal framework of Russian-British
relations in the cultural sphere.
In the research paper the author particularly focuses on the assessment of both Russian and Great
Britain’s organizations in the field of cultural cooperation between the two countries. Functional
and institutional analysis of organizations such as the British Council, the English-speaking
Union, the Charity Fund "Golitsyn - St. Petersburg", Rossotrudnichestvo, Pushkin House and
Academia Rossica was conducted. As a result of the research the author came to the conclusion
that each of these organizations plays an important role in the development of Russian-British
cooperation, but they do not use their full potential due to financial or political circumstances.
The author also noted the necessity of development and improvement of the legal and regulatory
framework that will enhance and expand the Russian-British cultural cooperation.
