Лексемы солнце/sun и луна/moon в русских и английских идиомах
и паремиях
Статья посвящена анализу значения лексем солнце sun и луна/moon в русских и английских идиомах и паремиях. В
работе рассматриваются лингвокультурологические основы изучения идиом и паремий, анализируется семантика и
прагматика лексем солнце/sun и луна/moon в разных лингвокультурах. В русском и английском языках данные лексемы
обладают комплексом устойчивых значений и употребляются в номинативном (прямом) значении, однако большинство
идиом с ними построены на основе метафоры. Преобладающей лексемой в составе идиом и паремий как русского, так и
английского языков, является лексема солнце/sun. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что в ряде случаев имеется совпадение
значений идиом и паремий русского языка с аналогичными в английском языке.

The lexemes solntse / sun and luna / moon in the Russian and English idioms
and paremias
The article is devoted to the analysis of meaning of the lexemes solntse / sun and luna / moon in the Russian and English
idioms and paremias. Some linguaculturological foundations of studying of idioms and paremias are considered in the research, the
semantics and pragmatics of the lexemes solntse / sun and luna / moon are analyzed in different linguacultures. In the Russian and
English languages the given lexemes have a complex of stable meanings and are used in the nominative (direct) meaning; however,
the majority of idioms with them are built on the basis of metaphor. The prevailing lexeme as a part of idioms and paremias in the
Russian and English languages is the lexeme solntse / sun. The author comes to the conclusion that in some cases there is a
coincidence of meanings of idioms and paremias in the Russian language with similar lexical phenomena in the English language.
