Under investigation there are options of legal regulation of the conciliation procedures applied at
the adjudication of labor disputes in some foreign states. Existing approaches to definition of the
concept "labor dispute" are considered, the various criteria are described of this subject, reflected
in the foreign labor law. Comparatively-legal analysis of the foreign labor legislation in the
specified area is conducted. On the basis of studying it is international-legal standards in sphere of
work and history of becoming of these procedures the most typical aspects of legal regulation of
reconciliatory mechanisms in the foreign states are allocated.
