Annotation: This is almost impossible to make a clear
distinction between transactions committed under the influence of violence and threats on the basis of availability
and compliance the volition to the expression of the will. In
botС cases, tСe victim’s volition not Пreelв Пormed, but аe
cannot say that it is absolutely missing. The article analyzes meaning of violence and threats for invalidation of the
transaction, examines their characteristics such as materiality, feasibility. In addition, in this paper we raised the issue of the transactions made under the influence of hypnosis.
