Annotation
The mode of functioning and construction of the SPS 177-2010 state
primary standard of units volume density of an ionized air electric charge and
air ions countable concentration are describe. Showing the scope of use of the
state primary standard. Characteristics of the most widespread air ion
counter, and as let out industrial and household ionizers to make reference.
