The purpose of this research is description a wave recognition algorithms for finding skeleton bitmap images.
Today, pattern recognition is actively used in everyday life. Speech recognition and handwriting greatly simplifies
human-computer interaction. In this paper we give briefly description and advantages of this algorithm.

Nowadays, the problem of understanding what kind of fault may occur in an electrical machine is tremendously
popular. Nevertheless, at present no known comprehensive system for such diagnostics exists. The aim of this
scientific paper is to try and create a knowledge base for further use in the expert system that is being realized.
Basic faults are distributed into groups of different types, thereby allowing to build the mentioned expert system
using the pre-defined notions.
