Условия приема:
Заявление о приеме в распечатанном и электронном (на диске) виде на русском языке;
Резюме (CURRICULUM VITAE) в распечатанном и электронном (на диске) виде на
английском языке;
Мотивационное письмо на русском и английском языках в распечатанном и
электронном (на диске) виде;
Копия диплома о высшем образовании и вкладыша в распечатанном и электронном
(сканированном) виде на диске;
Рекомендательное письмо от работодателя (рассматривается как преимущество);
По три матовые фотографии размером 3 x 4, 4 х 6;
Документ, удостоверяющий личность, гражданство (копия).
Документы принимаются с 25 мая по 20 июня.
Обучение производится на бюджетной (для гос.служащих) и платной основах.
Стоимость обучения 12 тыс.у.е.
Критерии отбора слушателей в ЕУИ
Выпускники российских вузов и вузов государств-членов СНГ должны отвечать
следующим критериям:
иметь законченное высшее образование в соответствии с российскими стандартами
или стандартами государств-членов СНГ;
свободно владеть русским языком;
иметь рабочий уровень владения одним из рабочих языков ЕС;
работа, связанная с международным сотрудничеством, может рассматриваться как
преимущество.
Выпускники зарубежных вузов должны отвечать следующим критериям:
иметь законченное высшее образование в соответствии с действующими в данной
стране стандартами;
свободно владеть одним из рабочих языков ЕС;
иметь рабочий уровень владения русским языком (письменный и устный аспекты);
работа, связанная с международным сотрудничеством, может рассматриваться как
преимущество.
Criteria and documents for selecting students
Applications for the Master's programme in EU studies at the European Studies Institute can be
submitted by any candidate irrespective of citizenship, higher education institution completed and
area of study. Applicants should submit to the Selection committee the following documents
(dossier):
Application in Russian in both hard copy and electronic version;
CV, both hard copy and electronic version, in English (to be filled accurately point by point);
Structured motivation letter in English and Russian explaining the reasons for applying to the
ESI (in both hard copy and electronic version);
Copy of diplomas with the list of detailed credits obtained during their studies (both hard

copy and scanned electronic version)
Recommendation letter from employer for applicants holding a job (is considered as an
asset)
3 photos 3x4, 3 photos 4x6
Copy of the ID-document
Applicants from Russia and NIS countries must fulfill the following criteria:
Complete higher education degree in accordance with the Russian legislation or the
legislation of the NIS country of origin;
Be fluent in Russian;
Working knowledge of a working language of the European Union;
Preference will be given to applicants working in the fields related to international
cooperation.
Applicants from countries other than Russia and NIS must fulfil the following criteria:
Complete higher education degree in accordance with the legislation of the country of origin;
Be fluent in a working language of the European Union;
Working knowledge of Russian language both written and oral;
Preference will be given to applicants working in the fields related to international
cooperation.
