Omsk state medical academy Roszdrava, Omsk, Russia Research is devoted to a problem of a condition of bodies and fabrics of an oral cavity at sick by hypertonic illness on a background of spent therapy, with use of one, two or three preparations. The group of stomatologic indexes is allocated, to the greatest degree capable in this situation to reflect a degree of stomatologic infringements. It is shown, that on a background of constant medicinal therapy at sick hypertonic illness observes essential changes of a condition of bodies and fabrics of the oral cavity, described by primary defeat of a teeth and paradonts, thus the group accessory and quantity of appointed preparations are not so essential factor, as the fact of their constant reception.
