Results of genomic and evolutionary research which scientifically confirm existence of genetic programs of structural evolution of electromechanical systems are generalized. With an example of a functional class of multifactor-action electromechanical disintegrators, efficient application of genetic programs in problems of structural prediction and innovative synthesis of new competitive standards of electromechanical equipment is shown.
