A topography of arteries of a head of a pancreas of the person was characterized by significant variability that it is necessary to consider at surgical operation. 1 , 2009, 8, 4 On fifty-five human organ complexes of a gastrointestinal tract arteries anatomy of the head of the pancreas was studied by preparation, polychromy injections of arteries (painting solutions on gelatin), radiography, morphometry and a multispiral computer tomography. It was shown that the main arteries of the head of the pancreas were: a gastroduodenal artery and a anterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery (100%), a posterior superior pancreaticoduodenal artery (92,7% of cases), an anterior inferior pancreaticoduodenal (98,2% of cases), and an inferior posterior pancreaticoduodenal artery (87,3% of cases). Furthermore, additional arteries of blood supply of the head of the pancreas were: artery of a head and pancreas neck (43,6% of cases), inferior pancreatic artery and long pancreatic artery in 21,8% and 14,5% of cases respectively. Thus, in the head of the pancreas of the person it is possible to allocate two regions of blood supply: hepatic and superior mesenteric, the border between which is rather conditional because of development degree of anastomosis between arterial pools of two vessels. Key words: artery, anatomy, pancreas, anastomosis. : , 230009, . . +375152450587 , -19, 513/2, .
