In the article the possibility of determining the coefficient of density wood chips
in piles of open storage depending on the average of its height. The technique of determining the coefficient of density wood chips, depending on the extrema surface
pressure. Study the resulting figures made using statistica technicues.
Stadies reveaed the dependence of the density wood chips in piles on its moisture.
The found that wood species also affects the density of the pile of wood chips and
wood density ratio should be determined separately for each individual breed tests.
