You may use this instruction as a template for writing your abstract. Abstracts should be
prepared as electronic files in Microsoft Word 6.0/95 or 97 ready for publication, including
diagrams. The title, authors’ names, affiliations, and references should be separated from the
main text by one or two blank lines. All blank lines in the instruction are marked with stars (),
which should be deleted in abstract. The name of the author who will present the paper should
be underlined, and his or her e-mail address should be added to the affiliation (in brackets).
Text (including figures and figure captions), using 1.5-line spacing, should be typed on A4 (210
mm x 297 mm) paper. Margins should be as follows: left–40 mm; right–20 mm; top–25 mm
and bottom–20mm. Use Times New Roman 11-pt. font. Paragraphs should be indented 0.5
cm. Figures and figure captions should be inserted in the text. Two versions (Russian and
English) should be submitted by participants from the Commonwealth countries.
English-only versions are requested from non-CIS participants.
The electronic abstracts should be sent as attachments or UU-encoded files, named
according to the following protocol. The file name should consist of the first five letters
(Latin) of the presenting author’s surname, an underscore, “e” or “r” (to designate “English” or
“Russian”) and a number (if more than one abstract is submitted), e.g. autho_r.doc,
autho_r1.doc or autho_e3.doc. Files should be sent via e-mail to the Seminar Secretariat
(radiation5@imp.uran.ru) by September 15, 2002. Attention! Each abstract should be sent as
a separate e-mail message. While sending e-mail, please, insert into the Subject the name of the
file only. E.g., Subject: autho_e2. A hard copy of each version should be sent to the
Secretariat by air mail. Please write the file name at the top of each hard copy.


Вы можете использовать данную инструкцию в качестве шаблона при написании
Ваших тезисов. Тезисы должны быть подготовлены в виде, готовом для публикации, в
текстовом редакторе MS Word 6.0/95 или 97 (включая иллюстрации). Текст (рисунки и
подрисуночные подписи, если имеются, вставляются в текст в режиме обтекания),
набранный через 1,5 интервала, должен располагаться на странице формата А4 с полями:
25 мм сверху, 20 мм снизу, 40 мм слева и 20 мм справа. Используйте шрифт Times New
Roman (Cyr) 11. Отступ абзаца - 0.5 см. Основной текст отделяется от заголовочной
части и ссылок одной или двумя пустыми строками. Все пустые строки в инструкции
отмечены звездочками  (в тексте тезисов они должны быть удалены). Имя докладчика
подчеркивается и в скобках должен быть указан адрес электронной почты (если
отсутствует, то номер факса, но не надо указывать и то и другое). Участники из стран
Содружества должны предоставить две версии тезисов - на русском и английском
языках.
Имя файла тезисов должно содержать 5 начальных латинских букв фамилии
докладчика, индекс "e" или "r" (русский или английский) и порядковый номер, если
представляется несколько тезисов, например: autho_r.doc, autho_r1.doc или
autho_e3.doc. Файлы должны быть высланы электронной почтой до 15 сентября 2002 г.
как Приложение (Attachment) или UUencoded, если используются более ранние версии
электронной почты, в Секретариат Семинара (radiation5@imp.uran.ru). Внимание!
Каждый тезис должен быть отправлен по электронной почте отдельным сообщением.
При отсылке тезисов укажите в графе Subject (тема сообщения) только название файла,
например Smirn_r2 или Smirn_e2.
Одна распечатанная копия каждой версии тезисов должна быть прислана в
Секретариат обычной почтой Николаеву Александру Львовичу. В верхней части листа с
тезисами напишите, пожалуйста, название файла.

